Duo LME 017 are a modern acoustic duo, one of the UK's most popular
wedding music bands, providing live music for weddings and events. We can perform during your wedding ceremony, wedding breakfast, drinks reception or as your evenings entertainment.
With just an acoustic guitarist, and a superb female vocalist, it gives us
our unique relaxed intimate style. We are not a cheesy Cabaret, but a simple, stylish, modern, class-act that offers a refreshingly different style
of entertainment to any event. Plus, we dont take up much space!
We have a huge selection of songs in our setlist to suit all tastes. Whether you require mellow background music, such as Jack Johnson, Coldplay & Eva Cassidy - to more lively tunes from The Beatles, Jackson 5, and the Ting Tings - we'll have it covered! We can even learn a song for your Ceremony or first dance.
We have performed at over 200 weddings and events in the past Two years since we started and have received excellent feedback from EVERY one of them!

We offer a modern alternative to the “regular” live wedding music - Perhaps you are looking for a more relaxed atmosphere as your guests arrive, or tasteful background music over your wedding breakfast, or livelier songs for your wedding reception music, or maybe you’ve always wanted to walk down the aisle to a special song that we could learn for you - Whichever part of your wedding, Duo LME 017 will provide a first-class service, and would love to play a part in your big day.
If like us, you love music, having us perform songs from our great setlist will give you the unmistakable atmosphere of live music, without the huge cost of hiring a larger band. We do suggest though, if you want a good dance as the champagne flows, to maybe hire a DJ for the later part of the evening, as we are an acoustic duo, and don’t provide the usual live band/DJ dancing atmosphere! But if DJ’s aren’t your thing, or you are having a more intimate evening do – we could be ideal live wedding entertainment, as we can play music between our sets via our iPod (at no extra cost) and would still get your guests dancing!
We have performed at 100’s of weddings, and recognise that each wedding is unique. We can work around special requirements, and would love to chat with you about ideas or help you decide when we could play during your day. We typically play 2 or 3 x 45 minute sets, and can supply background music in-between our sets at no extra charge.
About Duo LME 017
Originally from Wales, Charlie began her professional singing career about 10 years ago, but has been performing since the age of 3! Singing has been a major part of her life, most likely helped by the fact that both of her parents were musicians themselves. Charlie started her career as a show singer for Haven Holidays. From there she went on to front her own 5-piece show band which led her to travel the world for 3 years performing on cruise ships as a resident band, and a summer season in Dubai.
Will started his professional music career at the age of 18 as a drummer, performing in various original bands around London and the UK. He then joined a professional show band, performing at Holiday parks until he set up his own 5 – piece show band “Storm” which led to many more summer seasons, and 3 years performing on Princess Cruises as one of their top acts, incorporating the inaugural cruise for MV Sapphire Princess. Storm’s final residency was in Dubai, in an exclusive venue called “The Lodge”. Whilst there, Will and Charlie put together an acoustic set for the chill-out nights, with Will playing acoustic guitar and doing backing vocals and Charlie singing lead. 2 years on, and 300 plus weddings and events later, Duo LME 017 have proven to be a great success.
